With a multifaceted career spanning over two decades in real estate technology, venture capital, strategic consultancy, and real estate management, André brings a wealth of experience in driving innovation and fostering growth in the PropTech sector.

Andre works as Venture Partner at UK REACH, where he offers invaluable support to early-stage start-ups through mentoring and strategic consulting and Growth. Additionally, André contributes his expertise as a committee member at the UK PropTech Association, playing an instrumental role in driving the digital transformation agenda within the property industry.

Previously, André made significant contributions at JLL, where he pioneered smart buildings offerings that have since evolved into globally digitised and dynamic services. Leveraging a virtual bureau team alongside AI-driven & ML – machine learning technology and IoT systems, he successfully drove significant efficiencies in operational and energy management. Later, André joined JLL Spark, where he played a pivotal role in a $400 million corporate venture fund that saw investments in over 55 start-ups. His strategic acumen ensured alignment with internal technology strategies, business stakeholder mapping while providing coaching, mentoring, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to this Andre led teams 280 + people with a £36m P&L for Strategic outsourcing and energy company that provides facility management, infrastructure consulting, property management services.
